“Art has no limits and no frame. It has only beauty, vision and soul.”

Like in the film “Sweet November”, at the end of October I was told I had lymphoma. I understood that life can stop and that my time is limited. Months of treatment followed, pain and torment, as if there were no light and no hope, until one day I was given a colouring book.
It was not meant to be the end, even though I didn't know it then. It was a new beginning, towards something God gave me in the most terrible moments of my life. I was given the hope of a moment turned into strokes of paint laid on canvas, the hope of dreams and of wanting to see life go on, in visions and colours, with hope in my soul that I could start down a new road, one where I too could bring colour to my life.
I have been tested, and I still am, every day. Even in the dark, things can be different. You don't need to know how to paint. You need to let the light and the colours into your soul, every moment. That is where the road to the future began, however limited or boundless it may be.
Art is part of our soul, the beautiful part of each one of us. The paintings in this gallery are my soul, like a hand held out to you.
I paint with my heart.
